Workshop - Making Herbal Remedies from Wild Plants

Juliette Martinet, a herbalist who graduated from the Lyon School of Medicinal Plants in 2009, invites you to step into the fascinating world of herbalism. Founder of Pimprenelle in 2013, an agricultural business based in Saint-Sébastien, Creuse, she passionately grows and transforms aromatic and medicinal plants.

During this workshop, you will discover techniques for drying medicinal plants, then learn how to prepare and use an herbal infusion. You will also make a mother tincture and a medicinal balm that you can take home. The workshop will also be an opportunity to deepen your knowledge of the plants used.

By the end of the session, you will have the basic knowledge needed to reproduce and adapt these preparations according to your own needs.

The workshop takes place indoors. Please remember to bring a notebook and a pen.
