Workshop — Discovering Edible and Medicinal Wild Plants with Juliette Martinet

Juliette Martinet, a herbalist who graduated from the Lyon School of Medicinal Plants in 2009, invites you to explore the fascinating world of herbalism. Founder of Pimprenelle in 2013, an agricultural business based in Saint-Sébastien, Creuse, she passionately grows and transforms aromatic and medicinal plants.

During this workshop, you will set out to discover the wild plants that surround us — those we often pass by without noticing, yet which are full of benefits. You will learn how to identify them and understand their uses.

You will then make a wild herb pesto, which you will enjoy on site with bread and an herbal tea from Pimprenelle herbal farm.

The workshop takes place outdoors, so please wear clothing suitable for the weather.

You may bring a notebook, a pen, or a camera.

Time: 2 p.m. – 4 p.m.
Price: €20

Any cancellation made less than 7 days before the event, without a valid reason, will not be refunded. In case of bad weather, the workshop will still take place unless conditions are extreme. In that case, it will be postponed or refunded.
