Rendez-vous in the Garden

The Arboretum de la Sedelle is taking part in the 23rd edition of the “Rendezvous in the Garden” event, organised by the French Ministry of Culture, on the theme of “Sight.” 

Since 2003, Rendezvous in the Garden has celebrated the richness and diversity of parks and gardens in France and in 22 other participating European countries, each year focusing on a theme chosen by the National Commission for Heritage and Architecture (Gardens Section). 

Following “The Five Senses in the Garden” in 2024, the Commission decided to explore this theme through each of the five senses, beginning with sight.

Thousands of participants — gardeners, botanists, landscape designers, private and public owners, and many others — come together for this major annual event, which has been European in scope since 2018.

For Rendezvous in the Garden 2026, the Arboretum is offering a guided tour with Philippe WANTY, founder of the Arboretum, on Saturday 6 June and Sunday 8 June at 3:00 p.m.

Price: €8 per person.
