CONCERT – The Bamboo Orchestra

In partnership with the Jean Lurçat Theatre, the National Stage of Aubusson, we invite you to experience an extraordinary concert with the Bamboo Orchestra.

The Bamboo Orchestra Trio captivates audiences with the resonant rhythms of ethnic percussion instruments. Their all-bamboo ensemble is truly one of a kind.

Slittams, marimbas, and Japanese drums: the instruments themselves create a striking visual landscape. This is music to both hear and see; its choreography beautifully blends dreamlike imagery with vibrant energy. Makoto Yabuki creates a living, unconventional musical experience—unique, unclassifiable, and surprising for audiences of all ages.

As the maker of these impressive sound structures, as well as a composer and musician, he has developed a distinctive musical philosophy that can be discovered in three exceptional natural settings.

Concert at 6:00 PM in the open-air amphitheatre.

Full price: €8 (includes admission to the Arboretum)

Reduced price: €6 (students and job seekers upon presentation of valid proof)
